Cleanroom Partitioning System developed for creating cleanroom environments in hospitals, medical manufacturing, aerospace...

Cleanroom:

Clean: (kil;n) adj. 1. without impurities

A room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled to specified limits.

Cleanrooms are used in practically every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process. They vary in size and complexity, and are used extensively in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device and sciences.

A cleanroom is any given contained space where provisions are made to reduce particulate contamination and control other environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure. One of the key components is the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter that is used to trap particles. Another key factor is the cleanroom fabric, ideally all walls, door units and windows need to be as flush as possible with minimal joints for ease of cleaning.

The WRG Europa Cleanroom Partition System meets these requirements with its single line panel to panel joint, pre-formed junctions and flush double glazed units.
